Brand, website and video for a real estate investment firm.
The challenge
Cricket Hill Holdings is a Chicago-based investment and development firm led by Jim Sayegh. It looks for overlooked opportunities across every major asset class and brings new life to underperforming properties, partnering with proven operators. Jim needed a brand and a simple, credible site to introduce the firm to investors and partners.
The approach
I designed the Cricket Hill logo and built a single-page site in Framer, opening on full-width video of the Chicago lakefront and moving through About, Team, Services, and Contact.
